Right to Information
If the user decides to register in our employment data base, only the necessary personal details will be required for the implementation of the objective of our web site, which is to facilitate the communication between Equipos Móviles de Campaña ARPA S.A.U. and the candidates.
To such effects the candidates will be required to send us his/her curriculum, what will facilitate some personal details such as: name, address, telephone number, e-mail, studies, working experience and other necessary data for the employs. Their treatment will be exclusively focused in the attainment of this purpose, always according with the established normative.
The personal details that users send us will be introduced in an automated file for personal details, which is properly registered in the Data Protection Agency.
Equipos Móviles de Campaña ARPA S.A.U. has adopted technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of the personal details and avoid their modification, loss, treatment or denied access, considering the status of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risk to which they are exposed to, all according with what is established in Royal Decree 1720/2007.
The user expressly consents the treatment of his/her data by pressing in the register form.

It will be understood that the user accepts the conditions established if he/she pushes the button “send” that appears in diverse forms.
The personal details of our users are stored in a data base property of Equipos Móviles de Campaña ARPA S.A.U., who guarantees the use of proper technical and structural measures to prevent the integrity and safety of the personal information that has been provided.

Right to Object, Correct and Update de Data
