The company is part of the Zaragoza pilot project consortium, providing technological solutions for water and waste treatment as part of this European innovation project.
ARPA took part in the press conference to launch SYSTEMICO, a European project aimed at accelerating the transition towards more sustainable industrial and urban models through the integration of circular economy strategies, climate neutrality and technological innovation.

The company is part of the consortium responsible for the Zaragoza pilot project, alongside Zaragoza City Council, CIRCE – Technology Centre, Urbaser and AEPPI, contributing its technological solutions for water and waste treatment. Specifically, ARPA provides modular systems that can be integrated into industrial processes, designed to optimise the use of resources, improve operational efficiency and help reduce environmental impact.
The project involves the implementation of various initiatives at the La Puebla de Alfindén Industrial Estate, where a roadmap towards climate neutrality will be drawn up. This strategy will incorporate measures relating to the roll-out of renewable energy, the improvement of energy efficiency, circular water management and the identification of new opportunities for the decarbonisation of industrial activity.
SYSTEMICO brings together public administrations, technology centres, companies and organisations from the industrial sector with the aim of demonstrating how collaboration between the various stakeholders can accelerate the transition towards more sustainable, resilient and competitive industrial ecosystems.
ARPA’s participation in this European initiative reinforces its commitment to applied innovation and the development of technologies that help tackle the challenges of the green transition. It also highlights the importance of public-private partnership as a driving force for promoting solutions capable of making a real impact on industry and the region.
Through projects such as SYSTEMICO, ARPA continues to consolidate its position as a technology partner in the design and implementation of sustainable solutions for water and waste management, contributing to the development of industrial models equipped to meet the environmental and energy challenges of the future.
