The company fosters links between the academic world and industry through initiatives aimed at developing young talent
On 13 March, ARPA welcomed a group of first-year students from the La Almunia Polytechnic University School (EUPLA) to its premises as part of a training day designed to give university students an insight into the professional world.
During the visit, the students gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s structure, its main areas of activity and some of the most significant projects ARPA is currently working on. Throughout the day, they were given an overview of how the organisation operates, as well as the challenges and opportunities presented by the sector in which the company operates.

Events of this kind enable students to complement their academic education with first-hand experience of the business world, helping them to gain a better understanding of the skills and professional profiles most in demand. They also foster an interest in innovation, technology and industrial development.
For ARPA, these initiatives form part of its commitment to training and attracting young talent, promoting the exchange of knowledge and forging links with educational institutions. This approach helps to position the company as a benchmark for future professionals and to strengthen its role within the educational and business ecosystem.

ARPA would like to thank the students and staff of EUPLA for their visit, as well as for the interest and active participation they showed throughout the day.
