ARPA took part in the EuplaON 2026 conference, held at the La Almunia Polytechnic University School (EUPLA), a leading event that brings together companies, institutions and students with the aim of promoting career opportunities in the field of engineering.
The event brought together more than 45 companies and organisations, establishing itself as a key platform for connecting young talent with the business community. Against this backdrop, ARPA was in attendance to showcase its activities, its main areas of work and the career development opportunities available within the company.

Throughout the day, the ARPA team held face-to-face meetings with students and graduates, sharing information about the various ways to join the company. These include internship and first-job opportunities, as well as the chance to get involved in innovative projects across different areas of the business.
In addition, attendees were able to gain first-hand insight into some of the projects the company is working on, as well as its focus on innovation, technology and the development of advanced solutions. This exchange has helped to give students a better understanding of the professional world, providing them with direct contact with the business sector.
ARPA’s participation in EuplaON 2026 is part of its commitment to talent, training and professional development, reinforcing its dedication to creating opportunities for the next generation of engineers.

ARPA would like to thank all the students and attendees who came along to learn more about the company, as well as for the interest and participation shown throughout the event, which has enabled us to identify and highlight the great potential of emerging talent.
