ARPA welcomed a delegation from the Scotland–Spain Hydrogen Mission to its premises; this initiative is led by Scottish Development International, in collaboration with Hydrogen Scotland and the Aragón Hydrogen Foundation.

We view this visit as part of our efforts to strengthen international cooperation on the development of hydrogen as a key energy source, promoting the exchange of knowledge and the creation of opportunities between the industrial ecosystems of both countries.
During the event, we presented our hydrogen-based energy solutions, with a particular focus on our modular and containerised systems. We have designed these technologies to operate in demanding environments, such as defence applications, emergency response scenarios or off-grid locations, where energy self-sufficiency and reliability are critical factors.

Through our involvement, we are highlighting a key point: hydrogen not only plays a strategic role in the decarbonisation of the energy system, but also offers a versatile and robust solution for critical operations that require energy independence.
Events of this kind strengthen international collaboration and enable us to help establish new avenues for the development of the hydrogen ecosystem in Spain, positioning us as a key player in the transition towards more sustainable and resilient energy solutions.
