Zaragoza will host CITY.360, the first large-scale national fair for mayors and public administrations, on 18 and 19 November 2026. The presentation ceremony was opened by the Mayor of Zaragoza, Natalia Chueca, together with the President of Feria de Zaragoza, Jorge Villarroya, who highlighted the importance of this pioneering event and its aim to become a leading forum for municipalism.

The fair —endorsed by the FEMP— will bring together for the first time in one place representatives from local councils at all territorial levels and companies providing services and equipment, offering global solutions in areas such as mobility, energy, the environment, emergencies, urban planning, culture and social services. Its format will combine exhibition areas, technical conferences, specialised talks and closed-agenda meetings that will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and the creation of strategic alliances.

Representing ARPA, our CEO, César Fernández, participated in the round table discussion held during the event. He shared the stage with Pablo Beneítez, Director of Strategic Projects at Atenzia, and Roberto Ara, Director of FCC Aragón – FCC Medioambiente, in a conversation moderated by Carlos Gimeno, Councillor for Economy, Digital Transformation and Transparency at Zaragoza City Council. During his speech, Fernández highlighted the opportunity that CITY.360 represents for bringing real solutions in the field of emergencies and equipment to public administrations, as well as for identifying new needs together with public officials.

At ARPA, we strongly support this initiative, which promotes the modernisation of municipal services and strengthens public-private collaboration. CITY.360 positions Zaragoza as the national epicentre of municipalism and a benchmark for cities seeking to move towards more innovative, efficient and connected models.
